文章解读了知识服务概念的内涵和主要特征,结合国内外图书馆知识服务的具体实践,对知识服务的几种模式进行了分析,探讨了知识服务在新信息环境下的发展趋势。
This article explains the connotations and main characteristics of the concept of knowledge service, and analyzes several models of knowledge service by investigating the practice on library knowledge service at home and abroad, and also discusses the developing trend of knowledge service under new information environment.
