Information Fluency Education: Taking Eight Universities of Foreign Countries for Examples

摘要 文章在对信息通晓内涵简单介绍的基础上,重点分析了信息通晓教育的必要条件及其教育形式,提出信息通晓教育是人文和工具的统一,着重于构建一个以教师、图书馆员和信息技术专家协作推进的、与学科课程整合的教育模式,在全校范围内营造一种基于资源和设施的信息通晓技能培养环境。最后,对国外8所高等院校的成功案例做了比较分析。 On the basis of the brief introduction about information fluency connotation , this paper mainly analyzes the necessary conditions and the form of information fluency education, puts forward that information fluency education is the unity of the humanities and tools, and constructs the education model that is promoted by teachers, librarians and in- formation technology experts and integrates discipline curriculum, and cultivates the information fluency skills environment based on the information of the resources and facilities within the school. At last, the authors compare and analyze the in- formation fluency education of the eight foreign universities.
