L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸-6-棕榈酸酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 以L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯和棕榈酰氯为原料,DMAP为催化剂,酰氯化法合成L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸-6-棕榈酸酯。研究了L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯与棕榈酰氯的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对收率的影响。工艺条件优化后,收率达到85%。 In this experiment, we used L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate and palmitoyl chloride as reactant, DMAP as catalyst to synthesis L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate-6-palmitate by acylehIoride method. The influ- ence of productivity by the molar ratio of L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate to palmitoyl chloride,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. After optimization of experimental parameters, the productivity is 85%
