摘要
如何评价图书馆的办馆绩效进而提出相应的改进措施,一直是图书馆管理者面临的一个重要课题。文章在平衡计分卡(BSC)理论的基础上,提出了图书馆绩效评价指标体系,并运用灰色理论构建了图书馆绩效多层次灰色综合评价模型。该模型将定量分析与定性研究相结合,为图书馆绩效评价提供一种新的思路。通过对两所图书馆的绩效进行实证研究,验证了该模型的可行性和科学性。
How to evaluate library performance and then to propose corresponding improvement measures is an important topic for library administrators. Basing on the theory of Balanced Scorecard ( BSC ), this paper proposes a evaluation indexes system of library performance, and applies Gray Theory to set up a multilevel gray evaluation model of library performance. The model combines qualitative analysis with quantitative research, provides a new thought for library performance evaluation. Empirical research on two libraries validates the feasibility and scientific value of the described model.
