摘要
依据直流辉光放电理论,考虑带电粒子的连续性方程、泊松方程以及在电磁交叉场条件下的麦克斯韦方程组,利用数值模拟方法研究了压强对等离子体交叉场调制开关(简称PCMS管)中电子温度、击穿电压、着火时间以及电子密度分布的影响。得出了小型PCMS管中压强设置的合理取值范围,所得模拟结果与实验测试结果一致。
According to the theory of dc glow discharge, considering the continuity equation of charged particles, Poisson equation and the Maxwell equations of electromagnetic cross field, the influence of pressure on the electron temperature, breakdown voltage, ignition time and electron density distribution in the plasma discharge crossatron modulator switch (PCMS tube) was studied by numerical simulation. A reasonable range of pressure in small PCMS tubes was obtained, and the simulation results coincide with the experiment test.
