苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压临床效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Amlodipine Besylate Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的：探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平（络活喜）联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效及对心肌肥厚的影响。方法：将78例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组用苯磺酸氨氯地平加缬沙坦；对照组单用苯磺酸氨氯地平。两组疗程均为24周。结果：观察组40例，有效率92．5％（37／40），其中26例伴有心肌肥厚的患者，超声心动图指标有明显改善（P〈0．05）；对照组38例，有效率76．3％（29／38），显著低于观察组（P〈0．05），18例心肌肥厚的患者，超声心动图指标无显著改善（P〉0．05）；两组治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂、。肾功能及电解质无显著变化（P〉0．05）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压可显著提高疗效，逆转心肌肥厚；且不良反应少而轻微，用药安全性高，适用于原发性高血压患者长期治疗。

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the curative effect of amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension and its impact on myocardial hypertrophy. METHODS ：78 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group （ n = 40） received amlodipine besylate and valsartan and the control group（ n = 38 ） received only amlodipine besylate. The treating course of both groups was 24 weeks. RESULTS ：The effective rate was 92. 5% in the observation group. Indexes of Doppler echocardiography were improved obviously in 26 patients with cardiac hypertrophy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate was 76. 3% in the control group,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Indexes of Doppler echocardiography had no significant improvement in 18 patients with cardiac hypertrophy （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Fasting blood - glucose, blood fat, renal function and electrolytes had no significant changes before and after treatment in this two groups. CONCLUSIONS ： Amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan can control essential hypertension and revers left ventricular hypertrophy effectively. They have lower adverse reactions and higher security. They are suitable for long - term treatment in the patients with primary hypertension.
