氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年咳喘病的护理

Aerosol Inhalation of Ambroxol in the Senile with Cough and Asthma Disease Nursing Experience

目的：研究氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年咳喘病的临床疗效。方法：对26例老年咳喘病患者进行雾化吸入治疗，每日1—3次，每次15～20min，5—7d为1疗程。结果：经过1—3个疗程的治疗后，26例咳喘病患者中显效6例，有效18例，无效2例，总有效率92％。结论：氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年咳喘病效果好，值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE ： To study the clinical curative effect of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of senile asthma. METHODS： 26 elderly patients with asthma under atomizing inhalation treatment, 1 -3 times a day, each time 15 -20 minute, 5 -7 days for 1 courses. RESULTS： After 1 -3 months of treatment, among 26 cases 6 cases are effective significantly, 18 cases are effective and 2 cases are invalid. The total efficiency is 92%. CONCLUSION： Ambrexol aerosol inhalation treats asthma in the elderly effectively.
