群体性事件的成因及处置对策分析——以什邡事件和启东事件为例

Causes and Resolution Strategies of Group Events: Based On the Cases of Shifang Event and Qidong Event

随着改革程度的不断深入,由改革所带来的结构性断裂而引发的社会矛盾不断加剧,新的利益格局形成过程中所呈现的显性利益与隐性利益的非均衡发展使得人们的相对剥夺感不断增强。由环境问题所引发的集体维权事件正逐渐成为我国群体性事件中的重要部分,对社会稳定造成极大的影响。文章以什邡事件和启东事件为例进行研究,从经济、政治、社会和文化四个方面分析了群体性事件的成因,并在此基础上提出应对的策略。

with the reform deepening, the social conflicts triggered by structural fracture aggravating, during the new benefit structure formation, the non -balanced development dominant interest and recessive interest makes people~ sense of relative deprivation increases ceaselessly. The events caused by environmental problem are becoming an important part in group events and have a great impact on the social stability. The article is based on the Shifang event and Qidong event, analyzed the causes of mass incidents from the economic, political, social and euhural aspects, and proposed disposal strategies.
