脑卒中急性期气管切开术应用的探讨

A discussion on the application of tracheotomy in acute phase of cerebral apoplexy

目的为了提高脑卒中病人抢救成功率，减少并发症。方法本文采用回顾性研究的方法，总结分析了138例脑卒中急性期气管切开治疗的临床资料。结果发现本组96例（70％）及时气管切开抢救成功；42例（30％）因手术的机选择不当、病变严重或发生并发症而死亡。同时分析了在较重的脑卒中急性期患者早期行气管切开的重要性和必要性。结论指出及时而果断地行气管切开直接关系到较重的脑卒中患者抢救的成功率。

In order to improve the survival rate and decrease the complications in patients suffered from cerebral apoplexy, we summarized and analysed 138 cases of cerebral apoplexy who had accepted tracheotomy in the acute phase. 96 cases (70%) had been successfully saved by prompt tracheotomy while 42 cases died of delayed tracheotomy, severe fundamental diseases or complications (22 cases died of respiratory failure caused by lung infection). The importance and necessity of tracheotomy in acute phase of cerebral apoplexy had been analysed. We clairn that prompt tracheotomy relates directly to the successful rate of rescue in moderately severe patients of cerebral apoplexy.
