城市的安全稳定程度直接反映社会的和谐程度,桥梁事故严重影响城市安全.通过对城市安全的认识,指出了桥梁在城市安全中的作用;总结了近些年国内外典型桥梁安全事故,并分析了其发生的原因;在研究国内外桥梁应急抢修措施和相关工程实例的基础上,就桥梁的整体垮塌和桥梁各部件出现的不同损伤,研究归纳出了具有针对性的桥梁抢修应急技术措施.

The degree of security and stability of a city is a direct reflection of the degree of social harmony. Bridge accidents have a serious impact on urban safety. In order to keep urban safety, the bridge accidents should be reduced. By understanding the urban safety, the important role of a bridge in the city security is pointed out. The typical bridge safety incidents at home and abroad are concluded, and the reasons for its measures at home and repair are summarized occurrence are analysed. On the basis of the research bridge emergency repair abroad and engineering instance, some emergency technical measures for bridge in the paper according to different bridge damage or bridge overall collapse.
