摘要 面向舰载机在一定飞行计划下的使用可用度,按照三级维修保障策略,建立了有限维修渠道下的备件库存模型.故障件的到达服从泊松分布,平均时间间隔依赖于飞行计划.基层级库存持有一定数量的备件,备件库存施行(S-1,S)策略.中继级和基地级对基层级库存缺货进行补充,中继级维修小组数有限,基地级库存充足,综合使用M/M/c排队模型和帕尔姆定理求得了舰载机的使用可用度.模型可以确定飞行计划、基层级库存大小、中继级维修小组数、基地级备件响应时间等因素对舰载机可用度的影响,为制订资源配置方案提供建议. The research study examines the operational availability oriented inventory model for repairable spare parts of embarked air-wings. Centered on embarked air-wings/operational availability under a certain flight plan, an inventory model with limited repair channels was built based on the three-level maintenance support policy. The research results point out that the arrival of failure items obeys the poisson distribution, and the mean time interval depends on the flight plan. The organizational-level (O-level) inventory has a certain amount of spare parts, and the spare parts inventory implements the (S-1, S) policy. The intermediate-level maintenance (I-level) and depotlevel (D-level) maintenance supplement the O-level inventory shortage. The results also indicate that the I-level has limited repair teams, while the D-level has ample stock level items. The M/M/c queuing model and Palm~ the- ory were used to calculate the embarked air-wingsloperational availability. By utilizing the model it was able to determine the impact of the flight plan, the O-level inventory capacity, I-level repair teams, and respond time of spare parts at D-level on the embarked air-wings" operational availability. The final results can provide suggestions on how to formulate a resources deployment scheme.
