呼吸护理干预对肺癌患者术后呼吸功能和生活质量的影响

The effect of respiratory nursing intervention on postoperative respiratory function and life quality of lung cancer patients

目的探讨呼吸护理干预在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法将90例接受手术治疗的肺癌患者分为观察组和对照组各45例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上术前加强呼吸护理干预，比较两组患者术后的呼吸功能、并发症发生率、住院时间和生活质量。结果观察组术后的咳嗽程度、肺部罗音、排痰难度等评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组的并发症发生率、住院时间显著少于对照组（P〈0．05），生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论呼吸护理干预有利于改善肺癌患者术后的呼吸功能，减少并发症，提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of respiratory nursing intervention on the lung cancer patients. Methods Ninety lung cancer patients with operation therapy were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was used conventional care, the observation group was given preoperative respiratory nursing intervention based on the control group. Postoperative respiratory func-tion, complications, hospitalization time and life quality were compared between two groups. Results The scores of cough, pulmonary rales, expectoration difficulty in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Complications, hospitaliza- tion time in the observation group was significantly less than those in the control group, the life quality score was higher than that in the con-trol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Respiratory nursing intervention can improve lung cancer patients with postoperative respiratory func-tion, reduce the complications, and improve the life quality.
