摘要
以保靖黄金茶红茶为实验材料,比较了盖碗泡法、杯泡法及冷泡法三种冲泡方法茶汤品质成分差异,分析了三种冲泡方法的特色和优势。实验证明,黄金茶红茶盖碗法泡茶汤浓度适中,滋味醇和鲜爽;杯泡法泡茶汤浓度较高,滋味浓醇爽口;冷泡法泡茶汤品质成分丰富,滋味鲜甜爽口。
The brewing method of Baojing Golden Black Tea was studied by gaiwan, cup and cool water. The sensory taste quality and composition variance were analyzed. The result showed that by gaiwan, the tea liquor concentration is moderate and taste mellow refreshing, by cup, the concentration is high, and taste strong and by cool water, the liquor composition is rich, and taste sweet refreshing.
