临床护理路径对腹腔镜手术患者健康知识掌握情况及术后恢复的影响

The effects of clinical nursing pathway on health knowledge and postoperative recov-ery in patients with laparoscopic operation

目的探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法100例腹腔镜手术患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的健康知识知晓率、遵医行为、术后恢复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组的健康知识知晓率、遵医行为、护理满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的术后恢复情况显著好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径有利于规范护理行为，提高患者的健康知识知晓率，促进术后恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in patients with laparoscopic operation. Methods A total of 100 laparoscopic operation patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given clinical nursing path. The awareness rate of health knowledge, medical compliance behavior, postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge, compliance, nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the con- trol group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Postoperative recovery in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Clinical nursing path is conducive to standardize nursing behavior, improve patients＇awareness rate of health knowledge, and promote postoperative recovery.
