留置双J管患者观察与护理

Observation and care on patients with indwelling double J tube

目的探讨护理干预对留置双J管患者的临床影响。方法以本院2011年8月至2012年8月收治的58例泌尿外科术后双J管置入患者为研究对象，对患者实施随机分组，干预组和对照组各29例，对照组给予功能制护理，干预组实施全面护理干预，对两组生活质量、疼痛情况、并发症情况等进行比较分析。结果护理干预组在生活质量、疼痛情况、并发症情况等方面均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施全面护理干预有利于改善留置双J管患者生活质量，减少并发症的发生，提高患者医疗服务满意率。

Objective To explore the clinical impact of nursing intervention on patients with indwelling double J tube. Methods From august 2011 to august 2012, 58 cases of urology postoperative double J tube placement patients were selected and divided into interven-tion group and control group with 29 cases in each. The control group was given functional nursing and intervention group was given compre-hensive care intervention. The quality of life, pain, and complications were compared between two groups. Results The quality of life, pain situation, complications in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The implementation of a comprehensive care intervention will help to improve the quality of life in patients with indwelling double J tube, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient medical service satisfaction rate.
