摘要
师徒结对主要目的是帮助初任教师形成个体实践性知识。教师实践性知识具有实践性、个体性、情境性和反思性等特点,而师徒结对存在初任教师易盲从资深教师、师徒结对指导形式单一和对师徒结对前景认识狭隘三大问题。从教师实践性知识的特点出发提出三方面对策:第一,师傅应引导徒弟积极反思、主动建构实践性知识;第二,师徒之间要全方位、多角度展开交流与合作;第三,双方注重共同提高、共同成长。
The main purpose of Master - Apprentice Connection is to help new teachers form practical knowledge. Teachers'practical knowledge is practical, individual, situational and reflective. There are three major problems on Mas- ter - Apprentice Connection : new teachers tend to follow experienced teachers blindly, experienced teachers only use sin- gle ways to guide new teachers and people have a narrow understanding on the prospect of Master - Apprentice Connec- tion. Advice from three aspects can be put forward from the characteristics of teachers'practical knowledge :firstly experi- enced teachers should instruct new teachers to have positive reflection and construct practical knowledge actively; second- ly, they should make comprehensive and multi - angle exchange and cooperation between new teachers and experienced teachers ; finally, both of them should improve and grow together.
