美国实习教育标准研究及其启示

The Internship Education Standards in America and Its Implications

美国国家教师质量委员会(NCTQ)花费两年的时间对134所高等教育机构进行调查,发现近年来教师质量下降,师范生缺乏有效的实习经验。因此联合1400多家高等教育机构(即高等师范院校)和上千所学区制定美国师范生实习教育标准,目的是提高教师质量,以促进美国教育的持续发展。

National Council on Teacher Quality（NCTQ） has spent two years examining 134 higher education institu- tions and found that there is a decline in teachers＇quality and the absence of effective internship experience of normal uni- versity students. It allied more than 1,400 higher education institutions （i. e. normal colleges and universities） and thou- sands of school districts to formulate American internship education standards for normal school students so as to improve the quality of teachers and promote the sustainable development of education in the united states.
