滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠血流动力学改变的影响

Effect of Composite Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on Hemodynamics of Rats with Diabetes

目的：观察滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠肾功能及血流动力学改变的影响，并初步探讨其作用机理。方法：随机把实验动物分成滋阴益气活血复方组、模型组、西药对照组和正常对照组，并观察β2MG、Cr、NOS、ET、BS、尿量等指标。结果：滋阴益气活血复方能有效地降低β2MG的排泄量，降低血Cr(P<0.05)；使早期糖尿病大鼠血NOS、EF增高的状态得到改善(P<0.05)。结论：以滋阴益气活血为法对于防治糖尿病肾病具有一定的疗效。其作用机制是通过降低NOS、EF等以改善血液流变学异常，从而改善肾小球的高滤过状态，达到防治糖尿病肾病的目的。

Objective: To observe the effect of composite Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction (composite decoction) on renal function and hemodynamics of rats with diabets, and primarily investigate its mechanism.. Method: The lab animal were randomly divided into composite decoction group, model group, control group with Western medicine, and normal control group. The indexes such as β 2MG, Cr, NOS, ET, BS and urine volume etc. were observed. Result: Composite decoction can effectively decrease the excretion volume and blood creatinine (P<0.05),and can also effectively change the high-state NOS,EF of rats with early diabetes (P<0.05).Conclusion: The nourishing yin and promoting blood method has some effect in preventing and curing diabetic neuropathy. Composite decoction can improve abnormal blood rheology by decreasing NOS, EF, and change the high filtration state, consequently to achieve the goal of protecting diabetic neuropathy
