硼对超粗耐磨药芯焊丝堆焊金属组织和性能的影响

摘要 设计了一种直径为6 mm的超粗高铬铸铁堆焊药芯焊丝,薄壁钢带采用"咬口连接"和"内置钢丝技术",解决了超粗药芯焊丝工艺性能无法满足焊接要求的难题。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射、TEM、磨损试验研究了药粉中合金元素B对堆焊金属组织和性能的影响,在钢铁企业烧结矿原料输送系统进行了堆焊工程应用试验,堆焊效率和耐磨件的使用寿命显著提高。 It is designed a kind of highly effective super size high chrome cast iron bead welding cored wire with diameter 6 ram. Thin wall strip adopts the technology of "bite connection" and "built - in wire technology" and solve the technical problems that properties of super size cored wire cant meet the welding requirements. Through optical microscope, X -ray diffraction, TEM, wear test, Baron's influence on the structure and property of deposited metal are researched in the powder. Bead weld test on the sinter raw material conveying system is carried out in the iron and steel enterprise, bead welding efficiency and life of wear - resistant parts have improved notable, super size cored wire shows a broad prospect of application
