摘要
针对新钢卷板SAE1006生产中出现条状缺陷的质量问题,进行现场跟踪与分析,得出卷板SAE1006条状缺陷主要与铸坯的质量有关。通过采取优化精炼工艺、提高钢水纯净度、控制结晶器液面波动等措施,保证了连铸板坯的质量,卷板SAE1006条状缺陷得到有效控制。
Based on the quality problems of strip defect happened in SAE1006 coil production, spot tracking and analysis are made and it is found that the defects of SAE1006 coil are come from the raw material slabs. Through the optimization of refining process, improvement the purity of molten steel, controlling liquid level fluctuation of mould and other measures, to ensure the quality of continuous casting slab, defects are effectively controlled.
