摘要
探讨胸腺肽的免疫调节作用对烧伤创面愈合的影响。采用大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型 ,局部和全身应用胸腺肽 ,观察烫伤大鼠CD4 /CD8的比值 ,T淋巴细胞转化率 ,创面羟脯氨酸的含量 ,Ⅲ型胶原的合成和创面愈合的时间。发现胸腺肽能提高烫伤大鼠CD4 /CD8的比值和T淋巴细胞转化率 (P <0 0 5) ,增加创面羟脯氨酸的含量 (P <0 0 5) ,促进Ⅲ型胶原的合成 (P <0 0 5) ,缩短创面愈合的时间 (P <0 0 5)。因此用胸腺肽治疗严重烧伤 ,能提高机体的免疫力 。
To study the effects of immunoregulation of thymosin on deep partial thickness burn wound healing.a model of deep partial thickness burn wound in rats was firstly established,then the rats were treated with thymosin topically and intraperitoneally;the ratio of CD 4/CD 8,T lymphocyte transformation rate,the contents of hydroxyproline and collagen type Ⅲ,and wound healing time were evaluated.The results showed that the thymosin could raise the ratio of CD 4/CD 8(P<0 05),and the transformation rate(P<0 05) and enhance the synthesis of collagen type Ⅲ(P<0 05) in the burn wound,shorten the healing time of the burn wound.So that,we conclude that the application of thymosin to the burn wound topically and intraperitoneally could enhance the immunity,ability of anti-infection and promoting the healing of the burn wound.
