摘要
以某风扇/增压级为研究对象,利用NUMECA(Numerical Mechanics Application)软件,计算了设计点和非设计点的三维流场和性能,并给出了风扇/增压级的特性。研究了叶尖间隙对风扇/增压级流场和气动特性的影响,对比分析了叶尖间隙分别为设计间隙的0、0.25、0.5、1和1.5倍时的风扇/增压级的气动性能。研究表明,随着叶尖间隙的增加,风扇/增压级总效率、风扇增压比和风扇/增压级增压比都有所下降。综合考虑,风扇/增压级的最佳间隙应为0.5~1倍设计间隙。
A three dimension numerical simulation software named NUMECA( Numerical Mechanics Ap- plication) was used to study the size of the tip clearance on the aerodynamic characteristics of a certain type of fan/booster impact. Its variety of working conditions at the design point and off- design three- di- mensional steady flow numerical simulation calculated to get the aerodynamic characteristics of a certain type of fan / booster. The calculation of the fan and the rotor tip clearance to take the aerodynamic per- formance of 0,0.25,0.5,1 and 1.5 times the design gap. Analysis on the overall performance parame- ters, the ly.
