摘要
为研究新药比拉斯汀的合成工艺,分析了其主要的合成路线,并选择对其重要中间体进行合成。实验结果表明,两步法合成关键中间体,避免了其它方法过长的反应步骤和苛刻的反应条件,且原料易得,操作简单,成本较低,环境友好,较适合工业生产。
To analyze the main synthetic route for the study of the synthesis process of bilastine and its important in termediate. The results showed that the two-step synthesis method of the key intermediate had the advantages,avoi ding long reaction steps and harsh reaction conditions of the other methods,and readily available raw materials,sim pie operation and low cost, friendly environment, more suitable for industrial production.
