摘要
从浇注速度对铸件质量的影响、冒口和冷铁的处理工艺、内浇口的分布等几个方面进行了分析和探讨,通过不断在实践中摸索和总结,找出铸铁件表面有限补缩与缩短收缩时间的关系。
This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of pouring speed on casting quality, treatment process of riser and chill and distribution of ingate. The relation between limited feeding and shortening shrinkage time on iron casting surface has been found through continuous exploration and summarization in practice.
