高耐蚀性中温锌钙系磷化液的研究 被引量:10

摘要 报告了高耐蚀性锌钙磷化新工艺,研究了游离酸度、总酸度、磷化时间、磷化温度对锌钙磷化膜的耐蚀性及膜重的影响,并用扫描电镜观察了钙离子的加入对磷化膜结晶状态的影响,结果发现锌钙磷化膜比锌磷化膜细致、平滑得多,很适于作为油漆的底层。用XPS对磷化膜的组成进行分析,发现膜的组成为Zn、Ca、Fe、P、O,并且保持恒定,但不是简单的Zn_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O、ZnzFe(PO_4)_2·4H_o和Zn_2Ca(PO_4)_2·2H_2O。 A new Zn/Ca phosphating process which results in high corrosion resistance was reported in this paper. The influences of free and total acid, phosphating time and temperature on corrosion resistance and coating weight were studied. The effects of calcium on the morphology of phosphating coating was also studied by using Scanning Electron Mictroscope. It could be seen that the Zn/Ca phosphate coating was much finer and smoother than that of zinc phosphate coating,therefore it is suitable for prepaint applications. The composition of the coating was Zn、Ca、Fe、P、O and kept unchange. However,the coating was not simply Composed of Zn_3(PO_4)_2·4H_2O, Zn_2Fe(PO_4)_2·4H_2O, Zn_2Ca(PO_4)_2·2H_2O.
