摘要
本文介绍了对危害极大的煤井低浓度甲烷的吸附增浓方式和吸附剂的研究进展。通过对比变压吸附分离CH4/N2的沸石分子筛、碳分子筛和活性炭三类吸附剂的优缺点,提出活性炭是较为理想的吸附剂。从理论探讨了活性炭的结构对吸附提浓甲烷性能的影响,进一步介绍了活性炭孔道结构的调控手段和表面化学结构的改性方式。
The paper introduces a further research upon the ways of the absorption concentration of the dangerous coal - well methane with low concentration as well as absorbant. Then zeolites, carbon molecular sieve and activated carbons are compared for CH4/N2 separation in pressure swing absorption (PSA). As a result the optimum absorbant is activated carbon. On the basis of the reported results, the influence of the structure of the activated carbon on absorbing coal - bed methane is discussed. And the modification of its porous structure and surface properties is further introduced.
