摘要
编辑工作是出版工作的中心环节,具有很强的科学性、思想性和政治性,编辑工作的质量,从根本上取决于编辑人员的水平和素质,故构建编辑人才评价体系是我国出版业人才管理的当务之急,其中的评价原则与评价方法是编辑人才评价体系的基础。编辑人才评价应遵循科学性原则、以人为本的原则、德才兼备的原则和发展性原则。其评价方法有定性与定量相结合、横向与纵向相结合、定期与随机相结合、考试与考核相结合等。科学的编辑人才评价原则与方法,可提高评价的客观性和科学性,以便更好地选好编辑、用好编辑。
Editorial work, as the key to publishing work, is scientific, ideological and political. Its quality is basically determined by the qualification of editorial personnel. Therefore, the construction of editorial talent evaluation system is urgent in the management of Chinese publishing talent, whose basis is the evaluation principle and methods. The evaluation of editorial talent should conform to the scientific principle and the principles of man as the base, integration of capacity with morality, and the principle of development. It evaluation methods is the combination between qualitative method and quantative method, horizontal and vertial methods, periodic and random methods, and test and examination. The scientific principle and methods of editorial talent evaluation can improve the objectivity and scientific quality of evaluation so as to better choose and utilize editorial personnel.
