河北省财政支出的经济增长效应分析

Economy Growth Effect of Financial Expenditure in Hebei Province

财政支出对经济增长的影响随着时间推移会发生变化。为了考察河北省财政支出效率问题，选取河北省1978—2011年的财政支出与GDP时间序列数据。采用系数状态空间模型对财政支出弹性进行了估计。结果表明。河北省财政支出对经济增长的促进作用在不断的变化。

The influence of expenditure on economy growth is changing. To investigate the effect of expenditure in Hebei Province, the paper estimates the expenditure flexibility by state space model and analyzing the date of 1978-2011 fiscal year expenditures and GDP time-series, which indicates the changes of effect of expenditure on economy growth.
