甘肃社会保障政策体系及其运行形势分析

社会保障是一项维护社会安定、促进经济发展、关系到全社会成员切身利益的经济制度和社会制度,也是现代国家的一种安全制度。本文采用比较分析的方法,对甘肃现行的社会保障政策体系及其运行的现状、存在的问题进行了比较分析,最后提出解决问题的对策建议。

The social security is a safeguard social stability, promote economic development, related to the vital interests of all members of society economic system and social system, the modem state is a kind of se-curity system. This paper uses the methods of comparative analysis, analyzes Gansu＇ s current social security pol-icy system, its operation status and the existing problems, and finally puts forward countermeasures and sugges-tions to solve the problem.
