摘要 在传统的钻井工程监控系统中,使用有线电缆传输现场信号,存在布线复杂、成本高、维护困难等缺点.而本设计基于虚拟仪器,使用无线传感网络(WSN)来传输数据,使得系统部署简单,结构灵活.在硬件上,使用NI公司的无线节点;软件上,采用模块化设计实现对钻井工程的系统演示、数据采集、数据查询和数据报警等功能.系统结构紧凑,测试表明其工作稳定. The cable is used to the field signal transmission widely in the traditional drilling engineering monitoring system. But there are several disadvantages, such as wiring complexity, high cost and hard maintenance. In this paper, a monitoring system for drilling engineering based virtual instrumentation and wireless sensor networks was designed. The data were transmitted through the wireless sensor network, making the sensor deployment simple and flexible. NI wireless nodes were adopted in the system. Software modules design includes system demonstration, data acquisition, data query and data alarm and so on. The system is compact, and tests show that the system is stable.
