摘要
采用Ansoft中基于磁路法的RMxprt模块对一种3kW/24V小型电动汽车用永磁无刷直流电机进行设计,得出了电机各部分的尺寸和参数;并且在Ansoft Maxwell 2D中运用有限元方法分析了电机内磁场的分布情况和电机的特性.
This paper presents a design of 3kW/24V permanent magnet BLDC used in small electric vehicles. The RMxprt module of Ansoft, which is based on magnetic circuit method, was used to design motor parameters, and the size and parameters of the various parts of the motor was obtained. Besides, the magnetic field distribution and the characteristics of the motor was calculated through the method of finite element analysis in Ansoft Maxwell 2D.
