高压氧治疗颅脑损伤并发狂躁性精神障碍26例观察

TREATMENT OF 26 CASES OF CRANIORBRAL INJURE COMPLICATED WITH PSYCHOSIS BY HPO

目的 颅脑损伤并发狂躁性精神障碍 ,是临床难治之症 ,目前无特殊治疗方法 ,本文试图以此治疗法提高治愈率和减少后遗症 ,提高患者生活质量。方法 本文采用高压氧佐治颅脑损伤并发狂躁性精神障碍者 2 6例。结果 痊愈 2 4例、显效 1例、好转 1例。结论 该方法治愈率高、疗程短、病残率低。

Psychosis due to brain trauma is one of the serious complications of craniocerbral injure.the cause of the comlication is related with anoxic changes and fanctional decrease of brcuincells that contral emotion.There were 26 cases of patients treated by HPO.and 24 were cured;1 case was improved significantly and the other 1 case was improved. So it is considered that HPO treatment is a high cure rate and short period of treatment on craniocerbral injure.
