我国LNG产业发展的问题及对策研究

Research on Problems of China ’s LNG Industry Development and Its Countermeasures

随着LNG的大力引进和液化技术的不断革新,LNG将成为中国未来天然气市场的主力军。从LNG发展利用出发,分析了未来LNG的应用领域,指出了目前LNG利用推广中存在的相关规范标准、流程设计技术、设备生产技术、管理人才与专业政策等方面存在的问题,并从标准体系的完善、流程的自主研发、LNG设备产业的发展、人才培养、产业政策和市场培育等方面提出了相应的对策。

As vigorously introduce of LNG and continuing innovation of liquefaction technology, LNG will become the main force of China's future natural gas market. However, some problems existing in current LNG utilizing and spreading such as relevant standards are not perfect and some key elements including process design technology, manufacturing technology, management personnel, professional policy should get further improved, are expected to be the obstacles for LNG spreading in China. The countermeasures are suggested aim at the problems above in terms of standard system improvement, process independent research & development, LNG equipment industry development, talent cultivation system, industrial policy and market cultivation.
