我国东南沿海地区天然气管网发展构想

Natural Gas Pipeline Network Development Conception in China ’s Southeastern Coast

为进一步合理配置我国东南沿海地区的天然气资源,有效利用天然气管网和提高管网运行的安全性与可靠性,借鉴发达国家及地区天然气管网建设经验,对我国东南沿海天然气管网未来发展作了初步的构想。认为应充分依托进口LNG、海上和陆上多种天然气气源,积极推进省级管网建设,处理好构建统一管网的3个关系,逐步联通形成东南沿海天然气大动脉,以保障天然气供应的统一调配与安全稳定。

To make a more rational configuration for natural gas resources in China’s southeastern coastal area, to make effective use of natural gas pipeline network and ensure safety and reliability of network operation as well, we drew up a preliminary conception of future natural gas pipeline network development in this area based on foreign experiences of natural gas pipe network construction. According to this conception, a vital and integrated natural gas artery should be formed in China’s southeastern coastal area to ensure network integrated distribution and supply safety of this area. furthermore, suggestions on absorbing three kinds of gas supplies including import LNG, offshore supply and onshore supply as input resources, promoting province-level gas network constructions and coping with all kinds of relationships during area network integration and connection are proposed as supporting measures.
