带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨头缺血坏死15例

THE TREATMENT FOR ISCHEMIC NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD BY TRANSPLANTING ILIAC FLAP WITH CIRCUMFLEX ILIAC VASCULAR BUNDLE(15 CASES REPORT)

目的 探讨旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法 股骨头颈开窗 ,寻及旋髂深血管束 ,顺血管束分离 ,切取带血管蒂髂骨瓣 ,移植于股骨头颈开窗处。结果 随访 3～ 9年 ,按股骨头缺血坏死疗效百分评价法评价 ,治疗后优良率 81.2 5 %。结论 通过本组疗效观察 ,认为本方法是治疗股骨头缺血坏死的较好方法。

Objective To study the curatice effect of ischemic mecrosis of femoral head by transplanting iliac flap with circumflex iliac vessel bundle.Method:A hole was made on the neck of femoral head and the circumflex iliac vascular bundle was located and split form surrundings,and then the iliac flap with circumflex iliac vessel was cut and implanted into the hole.Results:After follow up 3 to 9 years,according to the percentage assessment of healing rate of ischemic necrosis of femoral neal,with this treatment the improvement rate reached 81.25%,Conclusin: Considering the curative retsult of this group of case,this treatment was thought appropriate to the ischmic necrosis of femoral head.
