摘要
随着川气东送市场开发及销售规模的不断扩大,冬季的调峰气量要求会越来越多,加快构建川气东送多层次调峰体系已经迫在眉睫。在分析目标市场不同用户用气不均匀性和事故不可预测性等特征的基础上,提出了川气东送的调峰应急预案,建议从调整上游气田产能,加快中游储气设施建设等6个方面进行调峰。
Along with the expansion of market development and sales scale for SichuanEast Gas Pipeline Project, requirements on gas volume used for winter peak-shaving will be increasing. Accelerating establishment of a multi-level emergency/peakshaving system for Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Project is imminent now. As a result, a contingency plan is proposed based on features related to Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline Project, including gas load’s un-uniformity which is caused by different users existing in the target market and accident unpredictability. In this plan, emergency/ peak-shaving system should be established based on six key aspects including adjusting gas production capacity in upstream, speeding up construction gas storage facility in midstream.
