摘要
目的合成4-联苯乙酸。方法以4-苯基苄基氯为原料,一步法经K4[Fe(CN)6]/Cu(OAc)2/DMF氰化取代及酸水解制得4-联苯乙酸。结果 4-联苯乙酸总收率为82%。结论此工艺操作简单,条件温和,适于大规模生产。
Objective To synthesize felbinac. Methods Felbinac was synthesized by cyanidation of 4-phenylbezenylchloride with K4[Fe（CN）6]/Cu（OAc）2/DMF and hydrolysis with acid in one step. Results The total yield was 82%. Conclusion The method was simple and easy for control. It can be used for large scale production of Felbinac.
