摘要
目的测建立枳实薤白桂枝汤颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法用HPLC法测定柚皮苷的含量。结果柚皮苷在15.12~151.2μg/mL范围内呈较好线性关系,r=0.9999;精密度、稳定性和重复性均良好,平均回收率为101.13%,RSD=1.53%。结论此法准确可靠,适用于枳实薤白桂枝汤颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of naringin in Zhishixiebaiguizhitang granule. Methods The content of naringin was determined by HPLC. Results The linear range of naringin was within 15.12 μg·mL^-1-151.2 μg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999). The average recovery of assay was 101.13 % (RSD= 1.52 %). Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be applied to determination of naringin in Zhishixiebaiguizhitang Granule.
