摘要
目的 :观察黄芪精对慢性肾炎患者血清 IL- 6、IL- 8影响。方法 :用 ELISA法测定慢性肾炎患者血清 IL- 6、IL- 8水平。结果 :慢性肾炎患者 IL- 6、IL- 8显著高于正常人 ,P<0 .0 1 ,黄芪精加常规治疗可显著降低患者血清 IL- 6、IL- 8水平 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :黄芪精可降低肾炎患者血 IL- 6、IL-
Abstract:To detect the serum bevels of IL- 6 and IL- 8in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods:Detections were made on the serum levels of IL- 6 and IL- 8by using ELISA method.Results:IL- 6and IL- 8in patients with chronic nephritis were much higher than those in the normal cases(P<0 .0 1 ) .Administration of astragalusessencecould reducetheserum IL- 6and IL- 8levels.Conclusions:Astragalus essence was effective in lowering the serum levels of IL- 6 and IL- 8in patients with chronic nephritis.
