肾癌组织中CXCR7的表达与预后的关系

The relationship between CXCR7 expression of renal cell carcinoma and its prognosis

目的探讨肾癌组织中趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)的表达及其与肾癌预后的关系。方法选择223例肾癌标本,采用SP免疫组化方法检测肾癌组织中CXCR7蛋白的表达,分析其与患者预后的关系。结果 223例肾癌标本中,CXCR7低表达44例(19.8%),中表达65例(29.1%),高表达114例(51.1%)。CXCR7的表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。CXCR7蛋白高表达组患者术后无瘤生存率低于中、低表达组(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR7在肾癌组织中的高表达提示患者预后差。

Objective To explore the relationship between C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 （CXCRT） expression of renal cell carcinoma and its prognosis. Methods The expression of CXCR7 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 223 specimens of renal cancer and its clinical significance was analyzed. Results Of 223 cases,CXCR7 was lowly expressed in 44（19.8%） cases, moderately expressed in 65（29. 1%） cases,highly expressed in 114 cases（51.1%）. CXCR7 expression was closely correlated with clinical symptoms, stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）. The tumor-free survival was longer in the patients with low to moderate CXCR7 expression than that in those with high CXCR7 expression（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high expression of CXCR7 indicates a poor prognosis of patients with renal cancer.
