高UA血症(OR=5.076)、高TG(OR=3.134)、低HDL(OR=0.002)、高Glu(OR=3.163)和高BMI(OR=1.493)均与新发MS密切相关(P<0.05)。 Objective To analyze the risk factors for new-onset metabolic syndrome(MS) in the patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Methods Data of 95 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were retrospectively analyzed, who underwent dialysis for more than 24 months and had a stable peritoneal dialysis for three months without MS and diabetes. Taking MS as the dependent variable, the multiple Logistic regression analysis was performed when the five variables of hyperuricemia (UA), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), fasting blood sugar (GLU) and body mass index(BMI) were put into equation. Results Of 95 patients, 42 cases occurred metabolic syndrome (group MS) and 53 cases had no MS(group NMS). The high UA(OR=5.076), high TG (OR=3. 134) ,low HDL(OR=0. 002), high GLU(OR=3. 163), and high BMI(OR=1. 493) were closely related to MS(P^0. 05). Conclusion The incidence of MS is higher in the patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis, in whom the high UA, high TG, low HDL, high GLU, and high BMI are the independent risk factors for the new-onset metabolic syndrome.
