摘要
对苎麻织物产生刺痒感的原因以及提高苎麻织物的服用性能进行分析研究。采取退浆后第二次烧毛 ,用烧碱和液氨使纤维变性和纤维素酶减量处理 ,以及水洗、砂洗、石磨、柔软、防皱、防缩等后整理工艺 。
The reasons why ramie fabric produces scratchiness are investigated. Its serviceability can be improved via the second singeing after desizing, fiber modification with caustic soda and liquid ammonia, cellulase deweighting as well as finishes of washing, sand and stone wash, softening, crease resistance and shrinking resistance.
