摘要
研究了铜溶胶形成条件,据此提出了ABS塑料化学镀铜用的胶体铜催化剂的制备方法和形成机理。实用考察数据表明,本研究得到的胶体铜活化液可在40~60℃条件下使用,活化时间为2~3min。极有希望取代传统的贵金属胶体钯。
The formation conditions of Coppery Collosols were studied and the preparation method of colloid copper as activating agent, used in copper autocatalytic plating on ABS plastics was put forward. The formation mechanism of sols is also discussed in this paper.
The experimental results showed that the colloid coppery activator could be used at temperature of 40~60℃. Activating time were 2~3minutes. It is well expected that the above activator could be used to substitute for colloid palladium in copper autocatalytic plating on ABS plastics.
