摘要
根据已经确定的首选停车场评价指标,引入遗传算法,在C++编程语言支持下,确定各影响停车决策因子指标的权重,再采用模糊评价矩阵构造用于确定各影响停车决策因子指标权重判断矩阵的新思路,构建与实现了用标准遗传算法检验判断矩阵的一致性和计算层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)中各要素权重的模糊综合评价新模型,比较各备选停车方案的优劣,最后选取评价值最高的停车场为首选停车场.
According to the identified evaluation index about the first selected parking lot, the genetic algorithm was introduced to determine the weight of each evaluation index with the support of Visual C ++ programming language. Then using the new ideas of constructing the judgment matrix for determining the index weight of each factors affecting parking decision-making by utilizing fuzzy evaluation matrix, a new model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was constructed and realized, in which the standard genetic algorithm was employed to inspect and correct the consistency of judgment matrix in conjunction with calculate the weight of each factor in Analytic Hierarchy Process. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the alternative parking choices, the parking lot with /he highest evaluation value was finally determined as the first option.
