摘要
教学质量是高校生存与发展的生命线.学生评教是提高教师课堂教学质量的有效手段.课堂教学质量的好坏直接决定着整体教学质量的高低.学生评教有效性的实质在于教师通过参与学生评教,促进教师教学积极性的发挥.通过对高校学生评教有效性问题进行基本理论的辨析,分析学生评教有效性的蕴涵,进一步明晰学生评教有效性的价值和意义.
Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of higher education. Students' evaluation of teaching is effective in improving the teaching quality. Classroom teaching quality of directly determines the overall level of teaching. The essence of the validity of the students" evaluation lies in that the teachers can play their initiative of teaching to the full through joining the students" evaluation of the teaching. In this essay, the author makes a basically theoretical comparison of the validity of students" evaluation of the teaching, analyzes the implication of their assessment, and further probes into the values and significances.
