摘要
根据起重机盘式制动器的工作特点以及制动盘与摩擦片的实际几何尺寸,运用ABAQUS软件建立了三维摩擦生热有限元模型。有限元模拟过程中通过设定不同的制动时间,获得了不同的摩擦片温度场分布情况,并根据仿真结果,提出了控制制动器温升的对策。
According to the work characteristic and the real dimension of the braking disc and the linings,the 3-D finite element model of frictional heating was established by ABAQUS software. The different temperature fields distribution of the linings were obtained through setting different bra-king time in the process of simulation. Then ac-cording to the result of simulation the counter-measures was put forward to control temperature rising of the crane brake.
