苦瓜叶片正丁醇萃取液对小菜蛾取食及生理特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用苦瓜叶正丁醇萃取液的3个质量浓度梯度(0.001、0.002、0.004 mg/L)处理小菜蛾幼虫.结果表明,正丁醇萃取液对小菜蛾幼虫的取食及生理特性有显著影响.随着萃取液质量浓度的升高,小菜蛾幼虫的取食量逐渐减少,表现出很强的拒食作用,特别是萃取液质量浓度为0.004 mg/L时,24 h的拒食率达到90%以上.同时小菜蛾幼虫的POD和CAT活力水平显著提高,表明试虫体内的保护酶体系在萃取液的影响下严重失衡. With three concentration gradients (0.001,0.002 and 0.004 mg/L) of n-butanol extract from Mornordica charantia L. leaves dealing with larvae of diamondback moth, the results indicated that n-butanol extract from Momordica charantia L. leaves had an obvious impact on the feeding and physiological character of diamondback moth larvae. With the extracts' concentration increasing, the larvae decreased food consumption and showed strong antifeeding. The antifeed- ing rate of 24 h reached more than 90%, especially treated by 0.004 mg/L extracts. Meanwhile, POD and CAT activity level of the larvae obviously increased, indicating that the protective enzyme system in the insect showed an unbalanced state under the influence of the extract.
