摘要
目的:利用统一帕金森综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分法评价补肾活血法治疗帕金森病(parkin-son′s disease,PD)的疗效。方法:将60例PD患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均以西药美多芭为基础治疗,治疗组同时服用补肾活血中药。治疗观察期为6个月,以UPDRS量表评分评价疗效。结果:2组治疗后UPDRS量表评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),未发现明显不良反应。结论:运用补肾活血法治疗PD疗效显著,可改善UPDRS量表评分。
Objective： To evaluate clinical effects ofBuShen HuoXue method in the treatment for parkinson＇s disease（PD） with unified parkinson＇s disease rating scale（UPDRS）. Method： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. All the patients were given with madopar, the treatment group received herbs of BuShen HuoXue, the course of the treatment were six months and clinical efficacy was estimated with UPDRS. Result： Results of UPDRS were improved in both groups after treating （P 〈0.05）, and the improvements of the treatment group were greater than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Clinical efficacy of the treatmentgroupwassuperiortothatofthecontrolgroup （P〈0.01）, there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： BuShen HuoXue method in treating PD could obtain satisfactory effects and improve the scale of UPDRS.
