摘要 目的:筛选无糖型小儿感冒颗粒的最佳处方及成型工艺。方法:以其成型性、溶解性、抗湿性及矫味剂为筛选指标,筛选出处方中加入辅料的品种、配比、口感及其最佳成型工艺。结果:一份小儿感冒颗粒提取物中加入0.9份可溶性淀粉,0.3%的阿司帕坦为最佳处方。结论:通过考察不同辅料对无糖型小儿感冒颗粒的制粒情况、颗粒成型率、颗粒的溶解情况、口感及颗粒的流动性、吸湿性的影响,综合考虑优选出制备颗粒剂的辅料为可溶性淀粉,所制颗粒成型性好,溶解性好,且不易吸湿,较为理想。 Objective: To screen the molding process and the optimal prescription of sugar-free type infantile cold granules. Method: The variety and proportions of the accessory factors, palate and optimal molding process of the prescriptions were explored by taking the formability, solubility, moisture resistance and flavor-rectifying agent. Result: The best prescription of the granules was adding 0.9 portion of soluble starch and 0.3% aspartame to one portion of infantile cold granules. Conclusion: The best accessory factor of preparing granules is soluble starch by considering the influences of different accessory factors on the formability, the molding rate, solubility and palate of the granules as well as flowability and moisture absorption. The granules are with good formability, solubility and against moisture absorption.
