矩阵针灸治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良40例

Matrix Moxibustion in the Treatment for 40 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen-stomach Qi Deficiency Pattern

目的:比较矩阵针灸与常规药物治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将80例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组采用矩阵针灸治疗;对照组采用吗丁啉治疗。治疗30天后比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵灸法治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良疗效显著。

Objective： To compare curative effects of matrix moxibustion and routine medicine in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency pattern. Method： All 80 patients were separated into the treat- ment group and the control group equally. The treatment group received matrix moxibustion and the control group took domperidone. Curative effects of both groups were compared after 30 days. Result： Cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Comparison within one group showed significant differ- ence between before and after treating in symptom scale （P〈0.05）; comparisons between both groups after treating demonstrated significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Matrix moxibustion is effective in treating functional dys- pepsia of spleen-stomach Qi deficiency pattern.
